Lost resources incorrect on snapshots

View ladder-hero and select any of the 3 "lost" options

Add MMR to Replay Summaries

Self explanatory. At this time, it is unknown when > 2 players, what the teams were.

Improve summary snapshot information to report on units

Add unit information to "summary snapshots"

Filtering by profileId on Get Replays returns only filtered players sumamry information

When hitting /api/v1/replays with a profileId query parameter, the response will only contain summary information for the player with the filtering profileId.
