When I go into my resource with the calendar snippet, I get the following entries:

But everything appears to function OK. I can't seem to be able to attach files to this, but I can post my custom templates if needed

I have changed the date to be %d/%m/%Y in system settings but this does not effect the js datepicker. Can the date picker be turned off or is there an easy way to change the date format for datepicker?

I have a site with multiple calendars. I see how to limit the rss feed to one specific calendar. However, it does not appear there is a way to have multiple RSS feed page IDs in System Settings.

I'd also be willing to contribute time to the development of features if you are interested - starting with this one.

It would be great if an admin could set how many individuals are needed for an event (say to volunteer) and modx users of a specific group could login and volunteer/RSVP. The ability for those without an account to RSVP as attendees would be great as well.

How hard would it be to add an option to pull events from a Google Calendar Feed? Or directly through the Google Calendar v3 API.

I tried to change the date format to %d/%m/%Y but when adding an event, it keeps telling me that I have not completed the event date information (even though the event's date is pre-filled in the field) and I cannot save the event. If I set it back to the default format %m/%d/%Y, I can save events.

I am using Revo 2.2

When I have a registered user, add a new event it isn't checking for room scheduling conflicts. I think I have it setup correctly because if I edit an existing event that is scheduled for the same time/location as a previous event I get the "There are conflicts with your event , please fix" message.

Modx Version: 2.2.4-pl ,Church Events verions: 1.1.2-pl, Allow requests: No, Use Locations: Yes, Rooms/Locations-Check for Conflicts:YES (for each location).

Behaviour appears to save the last date viewed. How can I revert to current date when the page loads?

Perhaps the category field can act more like a tag than a setting. That way events can be flagged with different tags and show up in different areas. For example, we have an upcoming fundraiser for Youth. Multiple categories would allow this to show up in the youth-specific calendar and on the general church calendar, too.

Hi, great component!
Eventlist displays future events. When events are older than today, they disappear from the list altogether, even if there is no new future events ahead. The problem is, your eventlist is then empty. So, during the summer vacations for instance, suppose you haven't scheduled events for the new semester (because you just don't know what will happen), your eventlist is totally empty. First it looks bad, and second people may want to see what were the last organized events.
Is it possible to add a property telling the snippet to keep displaying older events unless there is new ones?
If you know of any workaround for now, please, share it with me.

Sorry, I didn't see the obvious! Just use the properties year/month/day to get events in the past...

When trying to update or delete a series of event's, only the open event is affected. All other events stay the same.

It would be wonderful if, instead of going to an event detail generated by Church Events, we could opt to have an event redirect to a page in MODX.

I want to be able to modify the validation on the Event Admin form. For example, I don't want the Contact details to be mandatory.

Where can I go to change the logic for the validation?

There is an issue when there is more than one ChurchEventsList snippet calls in the same page.

In my setup I have a widget on the footer of every page which list the next 5 events using the ChurchEventsList.

This works fine, but if I go into the page which contains the calendar which has the snippet call: ChurchEventsCalendar and I do a filter of the events using the form, the page doesn't output the results within the page body itself but it goes to the bottom widget instead where I have the ChurchEventsList snippet call.

So basically the last ChurchEventsList snippet call is the one outputting the results.

I would suspect that ChurchEventsList needs to have a unique ID which you can specify on ChurchEventsCalendar so that results when filtering are linked properly.

I hope that wasn't too confusing.

as feature request 2 time fields please for each event

With the system setting "Allow Requests" set to no, the events are not visible in the calendar, or as a list UNLESS I log into Manager, then they are visible again.

I need to be able to list/show events to non-manager users.

The calendar seems to be ignoring the calendar id all together.

categoryID is not functioning either

Ability to set the default calendar, category & calendar view displayed so that you can then hide the sorting options. This would allow for you to create a calendar for logged in users and one for the public without them being able to see the "members only" one.

We are (going to be) using the list view exclusively on our site, but clicking on an event doesn't display the detail for that event. Kind of a big deal for our implementation...

When person request event in calendar he got email with subject: Mail failure - malformed recipient address

Information is there, but error is no good for clients. Is this formit issue or something else?

Also owner of location don`t get any notification of that request for his mailbox. This is not supposed to be, I think.

Theres this warning in every radio, checkbox in form. Seems that its working ok. But form is such a mess.

I can't figure out how to set time format. I would like to show 24 hour time without AM and PM when printing out [[+event_time]].

With camp season coming up, it would be great to be able to add multi-day events (not as a repeating event).

I would copy Google calendar (and others) on this one... have a start and stop time with date.

In the event list, only one item shows up with the start and stop times shown (much preferred to a long set of rows for one event) ... it shows as long as any date in the range meets the criteria for display (i.e., 3rd day of camp, the item still shows up in list)

Granular permissions over calendar control. Also, RSVP (even for those without an account via email address and name) and extended fields include image upload to a folder specified via snippet parameters (no file system access).

This is already logged, but the line of code does something odd..

[[~[[id]]? clear=Y]]

Issue 1: The is an asterisk missing from the [[id]] - it should read [[*id]]
Issue 2: What is this code supposed to do? I get a line of text output on the page: "mypagename.php? clear=Y". If I comment out the line, the page appears to work OK, and the text disappears.

I have 3 people that will be maintaining the calendar, I don't want to have anything to do with it beyond the set up. I do not want to give them access to the manager section of the site. How would I use Login to give them the privileges to use that section, or is it even possible? If not possible, that would be a nice addition.

i INSTALLED THIS EXTRA ON modx 2.3 but it does not save any events, when i enter details and submit it just takes me to a blank page. What's wrong

The Calendar page does not show the "Sort the Calenders" box as can be seen on the live demo and On adding new event it does not give the "Make this event prominent" option. Any help would be much appreciated.

On 2.2.13 I installed this plugin for testing purposes on modx cloud. Under "Rooms/Locations", where you can create a location, there is the option "check for conflicts". I wanted to set it to no and it does not save the setting.
The version of the add-on is 1.1.2

In ChurchEvents_EventFormTpl is a challenge [[! Tinymce]]. But the snippet does not.
