Licensing information

I seem to be unable to find the license information.
That makes it impossible to use this re-use this code without potential copyright problems.

Could you please provide the licensing information?

some problem on windows

Hello, I have a problem running the program on windows. I successfully get SC2CombatSim.exe and SC2SquadGen.exe. When I run SC2CombatSim.exe, the two windows that pop up are black. I waited for a few minutes, the two windows are still dark and there is no log in the output file. My guess is a version issue: the latest StarCraftII version on Windows currently is 5.0.10 not 5.0.5. Do you have any suggestion for it? Thank you in advance.
