Add to step (0) to be more inclusive

Add a collapsible section to step (0) talking about installing node, put the "vs code" comment in there, and maybe some other fundamental stuff like using a command line?

Remove page refresh when collection name-reuse test passes

A bug in RxDB makes it so collection names cannot be reused once deleted. Once this test passes, remove this page-refresh workaround

Won't work on Linux due to shopt: not found

shopt -s dotglob allows * to match hidden files. Without this, hidden files won't get copied when merging.

shopt appears to be a builtin for sh on mac but not for sh on linux.

Some options:

Set this up as a template on its own without the need for create-snowpack-app

get rid of `sed -i` in crancos.sh

Once this snowpack update is merged, remove the ugly sed replace in crancos.sh
