这样的接口设计感觉怪怪的
虽然现在只是model-》viewModel，但原理其实和JSON-》Model很像。

toTargetModel:(NSObject *)targetModel;
将convert逻辑抽离到一个工具类里，这样避免了Mantle和JSONModel必须继承于对应基类的束缚，思路或许和YYModel以及MJExtension会更像一点。YYModel和M�JExtension都是category的方式做抽离的，个人感觉这种方式也更友好，不会像上面这种接口这样很奇怪。
我觉得做model mapping的瓶颈在于性能和容错，所以长路漫漫，已watch，期待频繁更新。
