In the profile at the moment, the prompt is broken unless you have also installed git and the git profile extension. It should not include the git branch stuff in the PS1 by default, the git profile extension should make this change.

Just required a couple brew packages and a gem. Pretty straightforward.

So right now any task that could potentially overwrite something is prefaced with a warning that the user must say "yes" to in order to overwrite. What would be even better is if whatever is being overwritten was first backed up and was able to be restored. This would require I think a local folder to stash the backups in as well as a second "undo" task for each existing task.

When installed, there should be a small bin run as conf from the command line that runs the make commands. conf update should also pull fresh from github to get the latest.

Just to keep tabs on how things are going. Currently undergoing a bunch of testing on a fresh osx install.
