Right now, BCR saves all original files with the jpg extension, even if the file is a png or gif file.
It also serves those files with the jpg mime type.

This should be corrected.

The BCR/Settings handler must only overwrite those settings that were specified in the request.
This should prevent that missing settings from the request are deleted (or reverted to default) from the settings that will be stored to the settings.xml file

Right now only the server side C# code present in this repository.
The client side code, which is a Sencha Touch 2 application, is still missing.
I still have to clean some code before I can add it to the repository.

Now the nav bar is always shown when opening a comic, so you have to double tap to hide it.

iOS browser hangs while processing a large image for display.
Slicing the image in 4 smaller images seems to decrease the processing time, resulting in faster page loads.
The imageviewer component must be rewritten for this.

fileless books are not filtered, but as they can't be viewed, there's no point in accessing them in BCR.
They must be removed from search results.
