New code errors out on ChkVersion in the creation function for RTLSM 




What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Updated code in ExperPort to the latest from Client/Matlab
2. Run FSMEmulator
3. Start dispatcher

Gives the following error:

Error in ==> RTLSM2.ChkVersion at 28
            sm.is_emul = 1;

Error in ==> RTLSM2.RTLSM2 at 69
  ChkVersion(sm);
</quote>
What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
Oct 10 versions of Emulator and RTLSM client.

Please provide any additional information below.

I think this can be fixed by adding
sm.is_emul=0; 
in the object create code.
