jeremymarc, you may know that the "Accounts" i.e. creating account,add bank account to the account and etc. things are "Deprecated" by the Balanced Payment. Instead of "Account" they are recommending to use "Customer". As I discussed with the Help Support of Balanced Payment, they will not be included "Account" in the next major API version. So there is a need to add "Customer" funcionality.

It is dangerous to store and manipulate currency values as floats, since floats with decimal values can be non-exact, and unexpected errors can creep into calculations.

It would be preferable to store values either using the decimal type (which can exactly represent decimal values), or preferably as an integer (since PHP doesn't do decimal math, and that is what the Balanced API expects).
