Document how to build lit element webcomponent with webpack

Thank you for this repo.

The readme doesn't document how to build. I'd expect:

npm run build

But I don't see a 'build' step in the package.json file.

Could you document how to build with webpack (e.g. webpack --mode=production)?

Serve with polymer-cli?

Hi Jeremy,

I too am new to lit-element and was coming to the same conclusion as you, that lit-element's docs have room for improvement. I found this hello-world really helpful.

The docs for the polymer-cli serve command state that "By default, the server will automatically use Babel to transpile any ES6 code down to ES5". But I could not make it work for a project like yours, i.e. using decorators. Specifically, the error "missing plugin" would raise for the proposal features like decorators and class properties. I wonder if you know how to fix that.

I think it would be great to have this hello-world working using polymer-cli, so the official docs could be complemented.
