Open alarms didn´t terminate when the based server deleted.

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
If there is an open alarm and the source will be removed outside the StatusLight, the alarm isn´t removed.

Describe the solution you'd like
We have removed an server in DTSMon, but open alarm messages are onging

Describe alternatives you've considered
Please deactivate open alarms for terminated services

Reports generation ignore the delay alarm setting

A configured alarm delay isn`t recognized

Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. configure a alarm delay for a measurement
  2. trigger a new alarm value
  3. the influx report will immediately write the reported alarm

Expected behavior
Influx reports the alarm after the delay time
