Not sure about the cons, pros are that kramdown doesn't need c extension and thus works with jruby. It provides all the functionality that apitome uses, so no downsides there.

So, turns out Kramdown doesn't have good code support like the github gem does. This is a bummer, because I want to include json in my readme. :-/
