Black bars when scrolling beyond overflow

Scrollability issue depending on window size

Site does not scroll when resized from full-screen size on desktop. However it does scroll on mobile.

More robust node server

Look to make a more robust node web scraping server:

make the server server-side
restart server if error is returned
scrape every second
once table reaches 1000? rows begin: removing oldest value, shifting table "up" 1 row to fill newly empty row, adding new value
