pnaslatex's Issues

add LyX template file

It would be really great for new users if you could provide a LyX template file.
For instance, I struggled with the switch
Documents-Settings-Fonts-"use non-tex fonts.."
which has to be activated.

Provide full documentation as a PNAS-style article

The PNAS-derived-example demonstrates well that the final output is acceptable, but is not so good for showing how the LaTeX class should be used. It seems to make sense to have the full documentation for the collection of files as a PNAS-style article.

Tidy-up font definitions

Fonts, sizes, etc. are currently defined all over the place, making customisation rather annoying.

Font error

Hi,
First of all thank you so much for creating a replacement to the PNAS's evil template!
However when I tried to compile with class file, I got the errors:

! The font "TeX Gyre Termes" cannot be found.

Despite that the font package is already installed on my Fedora 21.
Is there any workaround?

Best,
Yu-Hang

Myriad Pro issues

On GNU/Linux with TexLive 2014
I have installed Myriad Pro via FontPro, but still get errors of Myriad Pro font not being found.
! fontspec error: "font-not-found" ! ! The font "Myriad Pro" cannot be found.
I have tried some minimal examples to ensure that Myriad Pro is installed, and it works, but none of the \fontspec commands work.

help!! Can you put some more information in the Readme.md relating to Myriad Pro, which version or whatever and where from (and maybe how).

Cheers.

"Significance" section runs off the bottom of the page.

There are several reports of an underfull \hbox at the line where I call '\significance':

Underfull \hbox (badness 10000) in paragraph at lines 135--135
Underfull \hbox (badness 6348) in paragraph at lines 135--135
Underfull \hbox (badness 4229) in paragraph at lines 135--135
Underfull \hbox (badness 1577) in paragraph at lines 135--135

This is the relevant section of the .tex file:

\maketitle

\significance{Technology is a complex phenomena, with many technologies relating to each other in different ways. The space of technologies and their relations to each other can be described as a network. If measured accurately, the technology relatedness network's structure can reveal properties of technologies and of human behavior.}

references in PNAS style

In the current implementation (which is a lot better than the official PNAS template), the references are not set in a style similar to PNAS, which render manuscript length estimates difficult.
