@mmc46 @ajdm one of you have a mo to fix this on about page?

I am thinking of switching to a more general forum for all the nat* packages and related work including nblast – since questions may transcend different resources and because there is more likely to be a problem with fragmented info than information overload. Thoughts @mmc46 @ajdm ?

i.e. R (and recommend Rstudio)

and maybe put package install instructions in a box rather than inline.

• downloading everything
• installing R/rstudio
• running r packages
• simple search example

@ajdm could you add an image to the how page to show how a pair of neurons are compared.

Or at least a link to nblast-users. Could pin FAQs to top of discussion page.

After adding the FAQ page, the top bar is now split into two lines.

@mmc46 Could you take a few of the sample query types from the paper and add them to the Why page

@ajdm what do you think about this approach? Probably still easier to code in html for the small website that the NBLAST landing pages represent.

use the kenyon cell clustering in nat.nblast::nhclust, maybe including code and figures

@ajdm @mmc46 Should we have a google group? With a team gmail?

Otherwise it takes a moment to figure out where to click to actually find the site!

As far as I can tell, not all of them are encoded at the same resolution, but it looks a little odd having some smaller than others (at least horizontally).
