This code supports an R Shiny application, for viewing data relevant to the lateral horn of the vinegar fly, Drosophila melanogaster, including neuron skeleton data.

Data initially compiled and annotated for analysis in:

lhlibrary's Issues

Download fails

When I click on the Download All Data button, it shows a little modal window. When I click download on that, it pauses for a bit and then eventually gives me a 404 not found error. Can you get the app to download?

I think we need to provide a simpler mechanism for this download on a dedicated tab or page of its own

remove .gitattributes mentioning git-lfs

no longer used as far as I can see. Correct @alexanderbates?
