Support for hdf5r package

@alexanderbates wanted to use the https://github.com/natverse/nat.h5reg package. This needs the hdf5r package. There were a few install issues

  1. you need to install the underlying hdf5 libraries

  2. you need to ensure that hdf5r can find them at install ...

  3. and at package load.

  4. Alex did this. After downloading the source of the hdf5 library (only from the 1.10 series not latest 1.12)

./configure --prefix=/public/flybrain/hdf5 --enable-fortran --enable-cxx
make
make install
  1. Then I edited the PATH and
  2. LD_LIBRARY_PATH
    in the flybrain.csh and flybrain.sh script files
