stop using scratch-gui in an iframe

right now we are using https://github.com/LLK/scratch-gui for all our unshared viewing needs.

not exactly very practical since it is the whole editor and needs to take up the whole page there doesn't seem to be anything up to date that we can use. (see https://scratch.mit.edu/discuss/topic/330317/)

we could use forkophours, but then we would basically be zak.io and we don't want to be copy cats. also i rather have it run exactly like scratch does.

something else to consider is perhaps it can be done in a more "external" way as per this mockup.

(obviosuly extremly bad but im no web designer)

the view button would take them to the actual scratch-gui page for it in a new tab.

add link sharing/optiions

i think it would be pretty cool if we could have link sharing (all clientside)

this could let us have title descroption author etc and the url could look something like:
https://jeffalobob.github.io/unshared-viewer/view?id=3293,title=scary,description=very%20scary

^^ doesn't have to be but something like that
