目的：本来是想写一个简单的筛选单词的程序，目的是为了集中学习某个网站遇到的新的英文单词
功能：能遍历某网站的子页面，可以把所有页面的非常用单词打印输出出来，目前以txt格式输出
缺点：目前了解到的停用词库：nltk和scikit-learn，去掉的单词比较有限，还是筛选留下了很多常见词。
待优化：也许可以自己在本地建立词库；也可以弄成包放在pypi上；也可以看看有没有有道词典之类的软件暴露单词本接口，可以建立更适合自己的词库
