We added the following features to assigment1.Rmd:

• Execute Data Quality Dashboard application using checks file from MIMIC-IV demo data in the OMOP Common Data Model.

Here we're modifying the assigment1.Rmd into assignment1.Rmd & also added a few lines into the .gitignore!

We added the following features to assigment1.Rmd:

• Download all the files of the MIMIC IV Demo dataset
• Created a Database (DB), with the downloaded CSVs.
• Did a mock query to verify that the DB was created correctly.

Evenings Jose, I've encountered the following issue with running the OHDSI docker image on a M1 Macbook.

Issue

When sending the login request through the local deployment of the OHDSI docker image at the following url: http://localhost:8787/. I get the following response:

It seems that this happens because the image doesn't supports the M1 Apple Silicon ARM architecture.

• Show the covariate data.
