All events after daylight savings time starts are off by one hour. Date calculation should take this into account.

Because the UID for events is based on the start time, when a workout's start time is modified, the UID changes. This leads to two events in the Google calendar, one at the old start time and one at the new start time. The UID should probably be changed to be based on the event type (run, bike, ...) and the date string (excluding time) since there most likely won't be two of the same events on the same day.
