Upload extension to Brackets extension registry

Hey Chema! I'm sure you're busy these days, but I was wondering if you wanted to upload this extension to the Brackets registry, so people can install it from the built-in Extension Manager.

Here's more info on how to upload your extension to the registry: https://github.com/adobe/brackets/wiki/Extension-Registry-Help. It's pretty simple: you just have to create a package.json file if you don't already have one, make a zip file, and then drag and drop it into the registry web app.

Also--once you've uploaded your package to the registry, if you could move it to the "Moved Extensions" section of the old Brackets Extensions wiki page (https://github.com/adobe/brackets/wiki/Brackets-Extensions) that would be great.

Thanks!

Deprecated filesystem APIs

This extension uses APIs which are deprecated as of Brackets Sprint 34 (the next release):

  • FileIndexManager
  • Unused import of NativeFileSystem module

These APIs should continue to work for now (though please test your extension to be sure!). However, the deprecated APIs will be removed around the end of this year, so you should migrate away from them soon.

It should be fairly straightforward to migrate to the new APIs. (If you release an updated extension requiring the new APIs, users of earlier Brackets versions will still be able to install the older release of your extension that is compatible with their build).

See this discussion thread for more background on the API changes.
