when connecting to multiple servers, the protocol between client and server doesn't yet let you specify which server the message is for, so most commands get sent to the first server instead of the one they were intended for.

changing nick with /nick shows a local status message but doesn't actually notify the server

Right now when a user reloads the page and logs in, we don't restore any window or channel state. We should track which windows are open server-side, and send their info to the user when they first load the page.
