[feat]: add support for typescript and sequelize

It would be great if you could bake typescript and sequelize into the project.
And it would be even greater if you were to consider writing a cli tool for generating templates like this :)

[perf]: change initExpressApp function to use express's built-in modules

Since express added built-in support for parsing different content types, there's really no need to use body-parser anymore; So, you could just replace them and use express.json() and express.urlencoded().

[bug]: beforeInitAppRoutes in being called twice in server.js

[bug]: webpack fails to build in production

Hi there!
According to this OccurrenceOrderPlugin is now enabled by default, and there's no need to include it as a plugin anymore;
So, you can just change this line
plugins: [new CleanWebpackPlugin(), new webpack.optimize.OccurrenceOrderPlugin()]
to this
plugins: [new CleanWebpackPlugin()]
in webpack.production.js, and the error goes away.

BTW, thanks for this setup. I'm fairly new to node, and this repo answered a lot of questions for me :)
