What is PyTea?

We created PyTea as bubble tea enthusiasts ourselves, and are heavily centered around healthy living and sustainability. The name is PyTea cleverly combines the word “Python” with “tea”, creating a playful yet tech-inspired name for our bubble tea shop. Additionally, it also sounds like “buy tea” when you pronounce it.

Setup

Clone repo and create a virtual environment

git clone https://github.com/NatelieNeo/WEBAP-Assignment.git

python3 -m venv venv

. venv/bin/activate

Install the package to your computer drive

pip install Flask torch torchvision nltk

Install nltk package

python
import nltk

The output should be True, if not you will have to reinstall again.

Run the web development project

python nltk_utils.py
python model.py
python train.py
python chat.py (enter quit after running this command) 
python app.py

Do note:

• NYP Wifi would not be able to send the email, due to a security block. To send, use either your own hotspot or private wifi.
