Feature request: Upload components about jatos

Not sure I understand you request completely. You can already overwrite existing studies in your JATOS. Just import the updated study again. You can even choose if you want to overwrite the study properties or the study assets or both (default). The workflow to change a study on your remote JATOS would be: 1) change the study on your local JATOS where you have easy assess on the file system, 2) import the study to your remote JATOS and overwrite the current one.

But if you just want to change one file in your study assets: Since version 3.8.1 JATOS has an API that allows this. Have a look at the GET/POST/DELETE /jatos/api/v1/studies/{id}/assets/{filepath}.
