Error: secretOrPrivateKey must have a value about ts-oauth2-server

Hey, realizing that I never documented this, so my apologies. I will update the docs and examples when I get a moment.

For now, the fix is that you need to set the environment variable OAUTH_CODES_SECRET. See https://github.com/jasonraimondi/ts-oauth2-server/blob/master/examples/prisma_express/src/main.ts#L25 for exactly where this env is used.

We are using the https://github.com/auth0/node-jsonwebtoken library, and specifically https://github.com/auth0/node-jsonwebtoken#jwtsignpayload-secretorprivatekey-options-callback=

secretOrPrivateKey is a string, buffer, or object containing either the secret for HMAC algorithms or the PEM encoded private key for RSA and ECDSA. In case of a private key with passphrase an object { key, passphrase } can be used (based on crypto documentation), in this case be sure you pass the algorithm option.
