Tweaks for next year

• Change order of Lecture 3 to have hands-on at the beginning of the lecture instead of the end
• Formalise git exercises for Lecture 4; these were improvised on the day, better to have it written down
• Some illustrations of git concepts won't hurt; use e.g. this and this
• Extra slides for Lecture 4: "advanced" features (branching and pull request)
• Workflows for git usage (branching strategies)
