Current:
Site presents tiles whether or not codecs are supported, but does not take into account if the browser does not support the <audio> or <video> tags.

Expected:
Site should present a message/UI when the browser does not support <audio> or <video> tags.

Current:
The send info form is inactive.

Expected:
The send info form should email the details of the current user's browser support.
Think of:

• input validation
• error/success messaging after the info is sent

• Rename lib directory to tasks
• Move gulp-config.js to root level, same as gulpfile.js
• If possible, make gulp devtask reload browser upon changes (see BrowserSync, if not already used)

Add a section: CodecDetect library information and documentation

Current:
The spacing below <section> tags is uneven between tags.

Expected:
The spacing below <section> should be the same for each tag.

Current:
Detection method selection does not work when the send info feature is in the page.

Expected:
Both should work and should be unrelated.
