xroadprovider's Issues

Random service version is chosen when multiple are available

XRoadServer6 type provider doesn't handle multiple versions of same service, so when service info is loaded from security server, then only one version is chosen (depending on its position in returned xml).

Improve enum/constant types

Current design of Xml schema simple type definitions is a bit awkward in regard to comparsion and equality. Would be better if predefined values could be compared against their own identity instead of their BaseValue contents.

BinaryContent type not working on Mono

BinaryContent value doesn't work on Mono platform because XmlTextAttribute is not supported for byte-array type.

Probing path for unreachable schemas

Add configuration option to provide local path which allows to locate schema files if network resource is not available or url is not resolvable to physical file.

Deserializer cannot handle optional elements.

When deserializing entities which doesn't have all elements present in SOAP response (allowed by minOccurs="0"), exception is thrown complaining about unexpected element.

Serialization logic into separate assembly.

• Reduces time needed to generate types.
• Increases code reusage.

Cons

• Adds dependency of another assembly.

Support for MTOM/XOP file transfer protocol

X-Road protocol allows to use MTOM/XOP for binary content.

Documentation tooltips

Provide documentation tooltips based on information extracted from service description.

Also add configuration parameter to select preferred language used in documentation tooltips.

Erased type provider as a lightweight alternative

Give erased type provider another chance.

Logging support

Add logging support if requested through configuration parameters.
