rename to codemod
A bunch of people already use the 5to6 name. We should consider calling this es6-codemod or something....let's chat about it in real life.
preserve comments
I think we can take the comment node and move it to the parent and this will preserve them. I'll try to mess with it a bit.

improve test framework
instead of each test needing to manually reach into the .after and .before files, we can automate the process a ton, so it's basically just declarative (similar to ESLint). I can submit a PR on this...
