Improve isValidUrl method in Bandcamp

https://123example.bandcamp.com/track/foo is false. It should be true.

Enhanced Ripple::embed()

It's the following code and undefined index occurs.

$url = 'https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=S7_jxl6TO6w';

$ripple = new \jamband\ripple\Ripple($url);
$ripple->request(new \Goutte\Client());
$ripple->setEmbedParams(['Bandcamp' => 'size=large/']);

var_dump($ripple->embed($ripple->provider, $ripple->id()));

Even if the parameters of a particular provider is undefined, it should not issue a notice error.

add php cs fixer

Supports Bandcamp custom domain

e.g. http://music.example.com

Change arguments of Ripple::embed() method

before:

$url = 'https://example.bandcamp.com/album/title';
$ripple = new jamband\ripple\Ripple($url);
$ripple->embed($url, 'Bandcamp', '456');

after:

$url = 'https://example.bandcamp.com/album/title';
$ripple = new jamband\ripple\Ripple($url);
$ripple->embed($url, '456'); // Delete provider name argument

This change will BC break.

Allow like https://youtu.be/{id} for YouTube

Get content from bandcamp urls of the format https://{domain}.bandcamp.com/releases

As a user of ripple, I would like to be able to extract data from bandcamp URLs of formats that are not currently allowed by the regex:

For example the format:
https://{domain}.bandcamp.com/releases

Such as:
https://bravethesea.bandcamp.com/releases

Looks like an album and contains data in the header meta tags just like /album
