The order of subchapters gets wrong if we have more than 9 subchapters, as for example now in Chapter 11 - RiskMin

@jakob-r, I just started to add an exercise section and realized that this is probably sth that should go directly into the theme, right? (if not, I'll do it myself)

• "Exercises" should appear at the top between "Chapters" and "Appendix"
• In the home section, "Exercises" should appear before "Cheat Sheets". If possible, could file URLs be listed in the box as with the chapters?
• The landing page should look as for cheat sheets (i.e., just a single .md to list the PDFs)

It would be great, if including a new Chapter would be rather efficient. E.g.: We have 20 Chapters and I want to add a Chapter 3, which means moving all subsequent Chapters one place further. Thx :)

Tex can be used within quizdown environments enclosed in single dollar signs. The same does not work on the remaining page; enabling mathjax and using double dollar signs as required by mathjax, however, leads the quizzes to crash.

Adding a code demo as a second PDF right under the slides PDF creates an empty container on the website.

@jakob-r: the buttons overlap when the chapter titles are long - we would prefer to have only the chapter numbers appear. Also, as mentioned in issue 14, the buttons are affected by the numbering problem when # chapter reaches double digits. Thanks!

Can we have an efficient way of publishing new pdfs? Right now, I have to copy the pdfs manually from the lecture_i2ml repo to the netlify repo. Would be nice to have some kind of make script that copies everything contained in "slides-pdf" into the correct folder of the hugo repo.

chapters appear in order of title set in .md files, meaning 1.10 will appear before 1.9 - is it possible to instead set order according to .md file names? or must titles be changed to 01-09 etc.? @jakob-r

On the netlify page, the text on the main page is partially enumerated inline, i.e., "lorem ipsum (1) ... (2)..." because I did not manage to do a proper enumeration:

lorem ipsum

1. ...
2. ...

Can we have proper enumeration in Hugo?

@jakob-r could you also migrate the references & prerequisites sections and treat them like the errata, i.e., put them in the appendix and link them in the home view?
