Include more information on the home page, preferable in an interactive way with scroll magic, animate.css, or something else

When in portfolio-sm view and a new project is clicked, the view should jump to the top of the page. The current re-rendering and staying at the same scroll-level is disorienting.

After thinking this thru, I am concerned that dev dependencies installed via Travis-CI (necessary for the build) are making their way to production on Heroku as well. Check to see if this is happening and fix it if so.

It is (debatably) simpler to manipulate SVGs, so convert all the icons used in the app from png to svg
