How to actually use it in Laravel 9.0 as the commands mentioned in the readme are not working

Steps To Reproduce:

The package is not published on packagist so it isn't found on running composer require. When we create a package config in composer.json with the git url of this repository, the serviceprovider isn't registered so the vendor:publish command doesn't discover the assets to be published.
