Add button to allow recording

• Add button that opens permission prompt
• Once access is granted, show start button

Add useRecorder hook

Create and integrate the useRecorder hook, which should contain the following methods:

• enable - prepares for recording
• start - starts recording
• pause
• resume
• stop - stops the recording and downloads the recording
• cancel - stops the recording and discards the recording
• status - returns the status of the recorded ("ready", "enabled", "active", "paused", "inactive")

Create Recording page

• A button to start recording.
• Once recording starts, the page should show pause/resume, stop and cancel buttons
