How disable blue higlight in darkstylesheet theme?
Hi!
The current colors are very not practical (same as Mumble) with poor distinguishibility, but at least there are no huge margins in the column titles with Breeze
From this outdated theme:
mumble-dark-nowshed-custom.zip
To be honest I also don't like blue hues with dark themes, they're unpleasent, such as highlights, frames and the generic button color in Breeze. (Also the progress bar in every theme.)
I think warm reddish colors would be nicer. Like the colors of glowing embers or sundown.
/Builds/Tools/rcc.exe is being flagged as a virus by windows.
Thoughts?
Issue experienced after applying mumble-dark.qbtheme to qBittorrent v4.3.0.1 (x64)
OS: Windows 10 Pro 2004
Description
Apply mumble-dark.qbtheme to qBittorrent 4.3.0+, restart the client and try to set a new Global Download Speed Limit using the Global Download Speed Limit icon in the bottom right corner of qBittorrent main window.
If you click the 'OK' button without pointing at the word 'OK' inside the box, the button won't work. This doesn't happen if qBittorrent is running without a theme applied.
Please, add a 'How to use' paragraph in the README. It's not trivial to understand how to apply the theme the first time.
I'd suggest writing something that resembles the following:
"
The easiest way to apply the theme is to extract the .qbtheme
s and then go to BitTorrent->Tools->Options...->Behavior->Use custom UI Theme->Browse file to choose the desired theme.
"
What command I used:

HI, I use nox version of qbittorrent as i have up and running like a tiny “qbt-server” and i really like how your material2 style looks. Material UI feels better and would love to see and implementation of this theme for web-ui. Further the line a proposition for qbittorrent would be to make a unified interface and so more simple styling for both.
Black and blue font color over dark background (Execution log and all hyperlinks) why? :(
How about same white color as everywhere else in execution log while something more easily readable for hyperlinks?
So the theme is fantastic (darkstylesheet.qbtheme), my only issue is that both the 'Completed' and the 'Seeding/Stalled' (inactive) torrents font colors are too dark (Dark Blue and Black) making it kinda hard to read. Is there any way to change it?
Edit - This is how it looks in windows 10:
darkstylesheet.qbtheme
(GitHub made this one looks worse than the original image, the background color is not that dark and text is more readable -still not amazing-)
I would like to request a new theme, a black theme, not a "dark" theme, but an OLED one that has a black background.
Thank you!
the builds that are here are 5 months old can you please remake them in the git project
The background for the date/time of an rss entry is a bright color (hex #f5f5f5) and the text is the same color as the other plain text (hex: #f0f0f0).
The background for a link is the theme's main bg color (hex: #19232d) and the link color is blue (hex: #0000ff).
Using last darkstylesheet and last qbt. Windows 10 (may not be relevant).
All text is white. I hope its not a QT or QBT limitation.
Thanks a lot.
Same issue as this: (Which has been fixed)
maboroshin/qBittorrentDarktheme#4
darkstylesheet.qbtheme
In the default scheme all the top 3 items, status, categories and tags show without the need for scrolling each of them.
Theme tested here: ayuDark.qbtheme
OS: Windows 10 x64 v2004 (Build 19041)
qBittorrent version: 4.3.0.1
Description:
‘Force recheck’ and ‘Force reannounce’ options in the right click context menu don't respect the qBittorrent's theme (darkstylesheet.qbtheme) icon scheme: The icons are more pronounced for other options with a pop out effect, while the 2 affected options' icons consist of simple blue lines which cause them to be hardly visible.
Steps to replicate:
Expected behaviour:
Icons of the affected options are more pronounced following the same scheme that of ‘Set location...’, ‘Rename...’, ‘Preview file...’ ‘Open destination folder’ etc.
Progress bar is not showing quite correct, look at screenshot, it is in ubuntu [19.10]
Just like Darkstylesheet.qbtheme
, where torrents that are "downloading" and "paused" get colored. I'd like to see this coloring also applied to Mumble-Dark.qbtheme.
I think the same green color used for the downloading line in the speed graph would be perfect for torrents with "downloading" status and maybe a red of the same brightness would fit nicely for paused torrents.

Tools > Options > Behavior
Under 'Transfer List'
'☑ Use alternating row colors'
btw: I love the mumble-dark theme 👍
While it is great that QB supports the progress bar to the themed , I have an issue with the %-text when using the application at >100% DPI scaling.
For example at 200% Dpi the %-text in the progress bar is only shown 1/4 of the text.
I don’t know if it because of QB not yet scaling everything but it isn’t an issue without a theme.
This repository is great and I appreciate that there are instructions to build tweaks yourself, I have done adjustments to the text color and icons and rebuild a theme so if I could add some values to solve this, that would be awesome.
After upgrading to qbittorrent 4.3.0 and downloading the new mumble-dark theme, I noticed that almost all icons are now pink. Is this by design? Can the color be modified? Can the actual look of the new theme be reflected in an updated screenshot?
Let me just start by thanking you for this theme! I just realised there's not many of them, and this one is by far my favourite, both dark variants! Gives my qBit another level of class ;P Anyhow no idea if I'm alone on this, but I'm getting this on context menu: https://imgur.com/a/P2u6Aht
The other themes on this package don't seem to have the same problem.
edit: I was only talking about the dark mumble variants, but I just checked now-same thing with the lite one.
I have an increased font size set from the Windows "Ease of Access --> Make text bigger" setting. This has the unfortunate effect of clipping the bottom of the percent progress number. If I wanted to fix this, which element of your qbtheme file should I be looking at? Thanks for a great theme!
This happens with the Mumble-Dark theme.
This is mostly OK when selecting only one torrent but when selecting multiple you can't tell which torrents are selected.
I installed your themes previously and it was working fine. Recently I've downloaded it again and now it's not working. Themes from other sources are working fine.
I used your theme downloaded a long time back with qbittorrent v4.2.3. Today I updated to v4.3 and also downloaded your updated theme. But it does not load the theme anymore.
If possible, it would be great to have a few screenshots showing off the various themes to help others coming here see what the themes look like before they make use of them. Generally what I see in README's for other stylising repo's.

Is there a way to edit the theme file myself so I may just change a color or two in it? I tried opening it up in a text editor and it just outputs gibberish.
