Slight delay between each shot when sound effects option enabled about frozenbubbleandroid

I am unable to reproduce this issue.

The current code in FrozenGame.java plays the sound effect after the bubble 
launch.  Refer to the usage of SOUND_LAUNCH.

Other than that, if the sound manager playing a sound effect causes display 
lag, then the same problem would occur whenever the bubble rebounds off the 
side of the screen as the rebound sound effect plays and is the same duration 
as the launch sound effect.

As the sound effect manager code has persisted in the sam form for many years, 
there is too much risk for any purported benefit that cannot be verified.
