Would be nice if the page title pulled from the foremost heading in the document (or if not available, just the foremost N characters of non-markdown text)

Shrink font-size down w/ JS when necessary. This looks pretty crappy:

Bold links are white, but still have a blue glow for their :hover state. This is inconsistent with regular (non-bold) links, which are blue.

Need to make sure that content still updates when people update the underlying content by using http://developer.github.com/v3/#conditional-requests

Might as well check all headers while you're at it.

Reasons:

• Output will be crap for some non-markdown files
• If content is too long or ill-formed (e.g. binary file), won't get cached correctly in db

I see two possible solutions, but there may be more :)

1. Use content of first h1, h2, h3 etc.
2. Support some kind of metadata like static site generators do.
