iScript

Description

This repository contains a command-line tool for managing package setups on Linux. The tool allows you to:

  • List available package setups.
  • Install specific packages by running setup scripts.
  • Update the tool itself.

The tool is designed to be adaptable to different Linux distributions.

Usage

To use this tool, follow the commands below:

List Available Packages

isc --list

Setup a Package

isc --setup <package>

Update the Tool

isc --update

Help

isc --help

Installation

  1. Clone the repository:
git clone https://github.com/itsdotnet/iscript.git
cd iscript
  1. Run the start.sh script to set up the tool:
chmod +x start.sh
./start.sh
  1. Reload your terminal profile it maybe .zshrc, bashrc, .bash_profile etc:
source ~/.bashrc
  1. Follow the on-screen instructions to complete the setup.
