Signing Certificate not working
The script shows an error when using -UseSigning.
Set-AuthenticodeSignature : Cannot bind parameter 'Certificate'. Cannot create object of type
"System.Security.Cryptography.X509Certificates.X509Certificate2". "Thumbprint" is a ReadOnly property.

Return the installation code and if the installation fails, return the mesage from the command line.
Maybe log the message to the event log.

Sign PowerShell DSC files
It should be possible to specify a code signature certificate or to use the certificate saved under Personal.
Also there should be a help entry with information for signing the PowerShell Invoke Script.
Check existence of installation file
Check the existence of the installation file before opening it for extracting the ProductID.
