JLPT Section of Guide Outdated

For the 勉強資料 (study materials) section:

• Someone provided Tango N5-1 kindle books converted to PDF and Anki decks from two sources. These need to be uploaded. It looks like I forgot to download these and the files no longer exist on MEGA, but I'll leave this as a note in case anyone wants to contribute them.
• Decks should explicitly mention they are sourced from the Tango books (they supposedly don't now).
• The currently listed JLPT N5 and N4 decks seem to be the one from m***vsjapan, but they aren't labeled as his. The hashes don't match what someone has downloaded off his site. This person looked through the N5 decks and suggested that the currently listed deck is outdated.
• Mention or mirror the audio files for the books, which can be downloaded from here: https://www.ask-books.com/jp/hajimete-jlpt/hajimete-jlpt-audio/

Mention: radiko unblocker

(Improvement to the listening section of the guide)
there is a browser extension that unblocks radiko: https://github.com/jackyzy823/rajiko
you can choose which area of japan you want to appear in, and if you choose a station from outside that area, it'll switch automatically. it can also record shows live, and download the timefree ones. Works outside japan.

I was trying to open the website last night and apparently it's down without notice. I don't know who to contact about this issue (as I don't have the records), so I'll be leaving this issue here.
