Почему нельзя было скомпилировать сразу css файл единый из sass?

Для быстрого старта легче всего css подключать ведь, чем тестить сразу при помощи сборщика какого-нибудь

tooltip does not work

I have something like this

return (
  <div className="hint hint--html hint--info hint--top" style={style}>
    <div>{this.props.users}</div>
    <div style={{width: 80}} className="hint__content">
      ?
    </div>
  </div>
);

and I don't get hover tooltip working for my app. Has anyone had similar issue or know how to fix this?
