Does the downgrader always dump exactly the same files for all users?

Describe the bug
I'm trying to use the downgrader, but then it crashes after the screen goes blank for a few seconds. Attaching error message as screenshot. I don't know enough about switch modding to say much else that's useful. Any suggestions of how to fix this? Trying to get SMOO to work. Thanks!

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:
start SMO downgrader from Album launch point. Screen goes blank for a few seconds, then pops up with error code 2168-0000 (0xa8)

Please fill the following information:

• Horizon OS (Switch FW) version: 16.0.2
• CFW: Atmosphere
• CFW version: ?
• Atmosphère launch method (if applicable): hekate
• nxdumptool version: ??
• Homebrew launch method: album
• Source storage used with the application (if applicable): SD/eMMC
• SD card specs: Samsung ?? 64GB, FAT32 partition

I have multiple mods installed for smo and i manage them by simpling renaming the smo folder. So one day i deleted all of the smo folders and got back in the smo downgrader. After donwgrading again the game would crash. I wasnt able to fix this sadly. It works on 1.3.0.

To reproduce this, simply delete the smo folder and downgrade the game again

When pressing the Home button while having Downgrader opened, not necessarily in the process of downgrading, the Switch freezes and can only be unfreezed by either having the Device run out of power or by holding the Hardware power button for ~15 seconds to hard turn off the Device.

To Reproduce,

1. Open the downgrader
2. press the home button
3. (optional) Enjoy pressing your thumb into the power button for 15 seconds.
