What is the principle of the order of the languages in the diagram called "Main languages"?

I will show you with concrete case below.

In my opinion, it would be more logical to put HTML in the first position in the list on the right bc it has the largest percentage of all.

if you do not agree, please explain the current principle of the distribution of languages :)

The pie chart is currently built using data from all repositories, and gets heavily skewed due to forked repos. It would be better to check whether each repository has been forked before adding it to the list
