Enhance sync documentation about documentation

Actually, we're ditching OSGi in lieu of building a typical war. I'm actually a big fan of OSGi, but we're trying to lower the barrier to entry, and there's just too many gremlins for too many people when first starting out. I just can't violate my core principle of lowering the overall complexity of the stack. Plus it'll give us better javascript support in camel, so making JSON for Drupal won't be so kludgey.

I've just pushed up the commit that moves us over to a war and updated the README with a sparse blurb, but the install script still needs a bit of work. I'll let you know when I've got it all taken care of (at that point the dev environment will be ready for people to start hacking on).
