Vagrant Box - Fuseki Upstart script about documentation

Any reason not to use the supplied startup script? It's at $FUSEKI_HOME/fuseki.

Don't feel bad I didn't realize that the fuseki script was setup that way either. I used it like this, but it might be better to add it to the default runlevels.

Fuseki 2.0.0 is a now a deployable war. I'll update our script to use that, and I believe that should take care of this ticket.
