1. Getting all records:

Expense and Income - is toggle type of the Record
Amount - is the same.
Currency - show list of currencies.
Description - Text with length 100 chars.
Date - date of record.
buttons:
SAVE - save state and close the dialog.
DISCARD - cancel editing and close dialog.
DELETE - delete the record and close dialog.

The dialog can be two state "Create new record" and "Edit existing record"
