ironpython.net's Issues

Update Documentation page

The http://ironpython.net/documentation/ page seems to be quite outdated.

Since IronPython is a implementation of Python 2.6, any Python documentation is useful when using IronPython.
Python 2.6 documentation

I assume this should be changed from 2.6 to 2.7?
There are still a lot of links to codeplex. Are these still the most up to date resources?
Are the docs from https://github.com/IronLanguages/ironpython-docs linked to anywhere?

Is there any up-to-date documentation on the assemblies included with Iron Python? (E.g. what is IronPython.Wpf.dll? When do I need it?)

Point to github for issues

The support page still points to codeplex for submitting and searching existing issues.

Codeplex issues only contains a ton of spam though.

You might also want to deleted these spam issues, disable issues on codeplex if possible and put a big pointer on codeplex to use github issues and not codeplex issues.

HTTPS?

It would be awesome if this site is available in HTTPS.

Try page does not work

Currently the try page is broken due to a chain of redirects and content security policy. The following occurs, when I try to visit the page:

http://trypython.org -> 301 Moved permanently -> http://campus.codeschool.com/courses/try-python
http://campus.codeschool.com/courses/try-python -> 302 Found -> http://campus.codeschool.com/auth/codeschool
http://campus.codeschool.com/auth/codeschool -> 302 Found -> https://www.codeschool.com/oauth/authorize?[...]
https://www.codeschool.com/oauth/authorize?[...] -> 302 Found -> https://www.codeschool.com/users/sign_in
https://www.codeschool.com/users/sign_in -> 200

But the final sign in page has, not unproper for a sign-in page, the following restrictive security policy header set and just doesn't display in Chrome while leaving a Blocked by Content Security Policy in Firefox:

content-security-policy:frame-ancestors https://pluralsight.marketing.adobe.com

Extra remark: The support link in the bottom of that specific page does not link to support but rather to itself:

<a href='..'>Overview</a>|<a href='../download/'>Download</a>|<a href='../documentation/'>Documentation</a>|<a href='.'>Support</a>
