cd irabu
composer install # install packages | first-time only
cp .env-example .env # copy environment variables | first-time only
php artisan key:generate # generate app-key | first-time only
php artisan serve # Start development server

yarn install

Loader issue

Home screen animation and loader is broken.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

When the page is loading at the beginning and each time you return home.

Expected behavior
A loader should appear after each resource is loaded follow a page transition and then an animation of home screen items slide down from the top.
